The seller

What you are buying

The collection is a set of printable activity sheets, along with a booklet that gathers them all into a single file. The exact number of activities is shown on the collection page at the time of purchase. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no renewal, no future charge.

Price

The price shown is in US dollars, with all taxes included. It is the exact amount you pay, with no shipping cost since the product is digital.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, directly on the sales page. Your card details never pass through Semilou and are never stored by us. Your bank statement will show the entry SEMILOU.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. As soon as payment is accepted, you land on a download page giving access to the full booklet and to each activity sheet on its own. The address of that page also appears on the receipt Stripe emails you: keep it, it lets you download your files again at any time.

Right of withdrawal

The collection is digital content delivered immediately. At the moment of payment, you agree that delivery begins right away and you acknowledge losing your fourteen-day right of withdrawal as a result, in line with Belgian and EU consumer law on digital content (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 12°, and EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16, m). This acknowledgment is asked of you explicitly before payment.

Try before you buy

The collection is a file: once downloaded, it cannot be returned. That is why we give you a way to judge it before you pay. Four complete activities, one for each age group, can be downloaded for free, with no account and no email address required: they are exactly the same format and quality as the ones in the collection. If, after your purchase, a file will not open or the download fails, email us at contact@semilou.com: we will fix the problem or refund you.

Using the activity sheets

The activity sheets are for you and your household. You can print them as many times as you like and reuse them for more than one child. You may not resell them, alter them, distribute or post them online, hand them to others, or bundle them into a paid offer. Any professional or group use (classroom, daycare, school, childcare center, workshop) requires our prior written permission, under a site license, on request: email us before using them, we are happy to help. Safety of the activities

Every activity sheet carries a safety notice and a recommended age. The activities take place under the supervision and responsibility of the accompanying adult. Semilou does not replace any medical or educational advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: email us. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction. You may also use the European platform for online dispute resolution.
